Bump Biddy accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our Los Angeles, California location via United States Postal Service. Orders are processed and shipped on Monday - Friday, within 1 - 2 business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your shipping address but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 10 days of the delivered date. Upon reporting your lost package, we will inquire with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. You must also make claim with the carrier (USPS), and give us the claim number. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge or give you a store credit if we do not have an item in stock.
Bump Biddy is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If an order is refused and returned by the customer, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping will not be refunded.

Please make sure your information on your order is accurate upon checkout. Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, we may require additional information. Customer service will contact you via the phone number or email. If our customer service is unable to contact you, it may delay the processing of your order and lead to a cancellation.
