Return Policy

RETURNS ARE SIMPLE AT Bump Biddy

We accept returns within 21 days of the purchase date for item(s) in new condition. Return item(s) must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Curvysense.com will not accept any returns postmarked after 21 days of purchase date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. After we receive your return, we will issue you a refund in the form of a store credit (gift-card) of your returned item(s).

SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE.


HOW TO RETURN

To return your item(s) by mail, please follow the directions below.

  1. PROCESS YOUR RETURN
    • Please click this RETURN FORM for approval and a RMA (return merchandise authorization). Once your item(s) are approved, please proceed to step 2.
  1. PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE
    • Securely pack the item(s) and the return form in a box, bag or envelope of your choice.
    • Address the package to the address below.

  1. SHIPPING
    • Purchase a trackable mailing label from your preferred shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping label unless Bump Biddy provides it.
    • Affix your mailing label and mail your package to us.
  1. PROCESSING
    • Please allow additional 5 - 7 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
    • All refunds will be issued as a store credit.
    • Original shipping postage will not be reimbursed
    • Return shipping postage will not be reimbursed, unless this is your first order, which we will reimburse you up to a maximum amount of $5.95.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Bump Biddy will not process non-returnable items. Curvy Sense will notify you via email, and you will be responsible for having the non-returnable items shipped back to you. We are not responsible if the customer does not claim the items within 30 days of email notification.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please call us toll-free at 877-207-0034, International 1-323-526-4444 (9am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri) within 14 days from the ship date. Once, we approve the return or exchange of the damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), we will provide you with a pre-paid trackable shipping label via email. After we receive the item(s), we will send you out the replacement item or offer you a store credit.

NON-DELIVERABLE AND RETURNED ITEMS

A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on orders that are refused or unclaimed by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to a not-deliverable address. The original shipping will not be refunded.
